Ms. Fiorina assists in the firm’s representation of clients in litigation matters.  As a summer associate, she gained valuable experience at the firm by working closely with partners and other attorneys, providing support on matters including those relate to employment, construction, attorney ethics, and New Jersey’s legalized cannabis industry. This work included assisting in the review and drafting of pleadings and legal briefs, conducting legal research, and drafting complex legal memoranda.  Ms. Fiorina has analyzed business agreements and contracts, including the implications of force majeure clauses in post-pandemic contractor and subcontractor agreements. She has also attended and assisted in the preparation for hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
