Greenbaum partner Caroline Record, who co-chairs the firm’s Community Association practice, will be a panelist for a seminar on “Community Associations” at the 2025 Atlantic Builders Convention on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 10:00am – 11:30am. This year’s ABC Convention will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Caroline will participate in a panel discussion examining community association-based laws in NJ. Panelists will also discuss recent changes to the Planned Real Estate Development rules and best practices for establishing a community association.

Caroline’s practice deals with the unique issues that impact common interest communities such as condominium and homeowner associations (HOAs) and cooperatives. She focuses on providing advice and guidance with regards to the interpretation, drafting and revision of governing documents including resolutions, rules and regulations and amendments. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various service and single project contracts for her clients. She provides support to association boards in understanding their fiduciary responsibilities and compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
