Greenbaum partner Caroline Record was honored with the 2025 Hall of Fame Award by the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NJ) in recognition of her significant contributions and dedication to the organization. She was recognized at CAI-NJ’s 2025 Annual Awards Celebration on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
Caroline is a former President and Trustee of CAI-NJ. She currently serves as a member of the National Legislative Action Committee, as an ADR Program trained mediator and instructor, and as a member of the Bylaws Committee. She was the recipient of CAI-NJ’s 2014 President’s Award. At the national level, Caroline serves as a member of CAI’s National Faculty. She is also a Fellow of the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers.
CAI-NJ is dedicated to enhancing the quality of community association living through education, legislative advocacy, shared resources and professional development to the community association homeowner volunteers who govern New Jersey communities and the professionals who support them. As a leader of the firm’s Community Association practice, Caroline deals with the unique issues that impact common interest communities such as condominium and homeowner associations (HOAs) and cooperatives.
